4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Service Cancellations: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
- Membership Cancellations: Cancel 7 days before the next billing cycle for a refund.
- Refunds: Contact us within 48 hours of service for potential refunds.
5. Liability
We are not responsible for errors, downtime, or any loss or damage to your property during service.

7. User Conduct
No unlawful behavior or spam. We may suspend accounts for policy violations.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy:
- Service Cancellations: To cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
- Membership Cancellations: For cancellations of weekly or monthly memberships, please provide at least 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle. Refunds will not be provided for partial months or weeks already completed.
2. Refund Policy:
- Service Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of the service completion. We will review the issue and, if applicable, offer a partial or full refund or arrange for a re-service at no additional charge.
- Membership Refunds: Refunds for membership fees are not provided for services already rendered. If you cancel your membership before the billing cycle ends, you will be refunded for the unused portion of the membership fee, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
3. Exceptions:
- Emergency Situations: In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to accommodate changes to your schedule without penalty.
